PASS European Conference

by Allan Mitchell 8 Feb 2009 15:59

Well it’s that time of year again and I am happy to say I have been chosen to deliver a couple of sessions at this year’s conference.  The PASS European Conference, on April 22nd-24th in Neuss in Germany is a great conference and I had fun last year.

I will be doing a pre-conference seminar with my good friend Chris Webb.  It is a beefed up version of a presentation he gave at PASS in the United States last year.   Me, being the SSIS expert, I will be covering that side of things and rewriting Chris’s packages so they're rather more robust; allowing Chris to concentrate on the SSAS/SSRS side of things, which he does oh so well. We have a vague plan to release all of our code on Codeplex or somewhere similar; I know a lot of people are also interested in this area.

My other session will be a spotlight session which means I get longer on stage which with my sense of timing is no bad thing.

It would be great to meet people and chat so if you see me then please stop me and have a chat.
